Job Summary

We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Google Ads Manager to take ownership of our paid search strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling performance, optimizing acquisition costs, and ensuring every dollar spent contributes to meaningful growth. You will join a team that values agility and technical excellence, providing you with the autonomy to test new strategies and stay ahead of the evolving advertising landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify high-growth opportunities.
  • Monitor daily spend and performance metrics to ensure KPIs and ROAS targets are consistently met.
  • Execute continuous A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to maximize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing visual assets and compelling messaging.
  • Provide detailed weekly and monthly reporting on campaign performance, offering actionable insights for future scaling.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new Google Ads features to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience managing complex Google Ads accounts with significant monthly budgets.
  • Proven track record of improving ROAS and reducing CPA across diverse campaign types.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads Auction, Quality Score optimization, and Merchant Center management.
  • Proficiency in the modern marketing tech stack, including:
    • Google Ads Editor
    • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
    • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
    • Looker Studio (Google Data Studio)
    • SEMrush or Ahrefs
    • Supermetrics or similar data integration tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into strategic action.
  • Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Measurement).
  • Experience with script writing or automated bidding strategies.
  • Background in managing multi-channel attribution models.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or agency environment.
