Job Summary
We are seeking a data-driven Remote Performance Marketer to fuel the next phase of our growth. In this role, you will be the engine behind our customer acquisition strategy, managing significant budgets and optimizing full-funnel campaigns across multiple digital channels. This is a high-impact position designed for a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable in the weeds of technical execution and high-level performance analysis. If you thrive on moving needles, testing hypotheses, and scaling profitable ROAS, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor daily performance metrics to ensure all campaigns are meeting or exceeding KPI targets (CAC, ROAS, LTV).
- Direct the creative process by providing data-backed briefs for high-converting ad copy and visual assets.
- Conduct continuous A/B testing of landing pages, audiences, and ad formats to improve conversion rates.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, uncover bottlenecks, and report actionable insights to leadership.
- Manage budget allocation across channels to maximize efficiency and scale winning strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm changes, and privacy updates to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Performance Marketer or Growth Marketer with a track record of scaling paid accounts.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to turn raw data into strategic execution.
- Deep technical knowledge of tracking setups, attribution models, and conversion APIs.
- Experience managing monthly ad spends of at least $50k+.
- Strong copywriting skills with a focus on direct-response marketing.
- Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously in a fully remote environment.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional creative and product teams.
- Proficiency with the following software and tools is preferred:
- Advertising: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Northbeam, Triple Whale, or Mixpanel.
- Tracking/Ops: Google Tag Manager, Segment, or Zapier.
- Creative/CRO: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hotjar, or VWO.
- Experience in specialized niches such as B2B SaaS or high-growth D2C e-commerce.
