Job Summary

We are seeking a data-driven Performance Marketer to fuel our next stage of growth. In this role, you will be the architect behind our paid acquisition strategy, responsible for managing significant budgets and optimizing campaigns across multiple digital channels. You will go beyond just managing spend—you will analyze the entire funnel to turn data into actionable insights that drive scalable revenue. Key Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance to optimize bids, budgets, and creative assets for maximum ROI.
  • Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing visual assets based on quantitative feedback.
  • Analyze full-funnel data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for growth beyond the initial click.
  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC, LTV, and ROAS to leadership on a weekly and monthly basis.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or growth marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume spend while meeting or exceeding efficiency targets.
  • Mastery of professional advertising tools (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.) and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings clearly.
  • Deep understanding of attribution modeling and the technical aspects of tracking (pixels, API conversions, etc.).
  • Excellent copywriting skills tailored for high-conversion advertising.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices.
  • Proficiency with automation tools or SQL for data extraction.
  • Experience with video-first platforms like TikTok or YouTube.
