Job Summary

As the Head of Paid Media, you will be the strategic architect behind our digital acquisition engine. We are looking for a data-driven leader to take full ownership of our paid media ecosystem, driving scalable growth and optimizing cross-channel performance. This is a high-impact role where you will bridge the gap between creative strategy and technical execution to ensure every dollar spent translates into measurable business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across search, social, display, and emerging channels.
  • Manage and optimize large-scale budgets to hit aggressive CAC, ROAS, and LTV targets.
  • Lead the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from initial planning and audience segmentation to creative briefing and technical implementation.
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, uncover insights, and iterate on campaign tactics in real-time.
  • Collaborate with internal creative and product teams to align messaging with customer personas and landing page experiences.
  • Stay at the forefront of ad-tech trends, platform updates, and privacy regulations to ensure competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing high-growth paid media accounts.
  • Proven track record of scaling monthly budgets while maintaining efficiency and hitting performance KPIs.
  • Deep technical expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong proficiency in web analytics tools and attribution modeling.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable executive insights.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working within a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Knowledge of SQL or advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing frameworks.
