As a Workday Technical- Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for business applications, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to validate seamless integration and utilization of Workday's suite of cloud-based software and solutions. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will focus on managing Workday applications for HR, finance, payroll, talent management, and other business functions, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing ambiguity. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will respond effectively to diverse perspectives, use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas, and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. You will uphold professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Workday solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Managing Workday's suite of cloud-based applications, including HR, finance, and payroll systems
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of Workday applications
- Developing strategic technology plans to optimize business transformation initiatives
- Utilizing Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Reporting to generate actionable insights
- Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
- Leading Workday projects and managing stakeholder expectations effectively
- Designing automation solutions using Workday Studio to streamline business processes
- Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for client engagements
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to technical architecture and integrations, including Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday Prism Analytics and Workday Reporting
