As a Workday Benefits Senior Associate - Consult, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on optimizing clients' human resources processes and enhancing talent management to help them achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is not clear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills in business application consulting to help clients optimize operational efficiency. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. This position offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, allowing you to grow both personally and professionally.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Workday HCM applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management strategies
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and inform insights and recommendations
- Managing and inspiring junior team members while building meaningful client connections
- Navigating complex situations to deliver quality solutions and grow personal skills
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct
- Leveraging business analysis and process improvement techniques to enhance operational efficiency
- Engaging in project management activities, including project budgeting and workforce planning
- Embracing change and using creativity to generate new ideas and solve problems

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday HCM and Talent Management
- Utilizing analytical thinking for business process improvement
- Managing benefits administration within complex HR environments
- Engaging in strategic human resource planning and transformation
