The primary focus of this role is training delivery, coaching, adoption, and change enablement. The role also supports the definition of curriculum maps, learning paths, and targeted content needs in partnership with the training and curriculum design function.

What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Wealth Digital Enablement Trainer, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging instructor-led, virtual, and one-on-one training sessions for advisors, assistants, and internal teams.

• Enable advisory teams to use digital platforms, operational tools, and business processes more effectively to improve productivity and client service.

• Translate complex technical concepts and business processes into practical, advisor-focused learning experiences.

• Support adoption of new tools, processes, platform enhancements, operational changes, and business transformation initiatives.

• Identify common advisor and assistant pain points and recommend ways to simplify workflows, optimize tool usage, strengthen training, and enhance the overall advisor experience.

• Train advisors and teams to navigate and optimize workflows across the iA Private Wealth digital ecosystem, including advisor-facing platforms, operational tools, onboarding processes, AX360, iAssist/AI capabilities, and other systems that support practice efficiency and client service.

• Support the implementation of new initiatives, platform enhancements, operational changes, and business transformation efforts.

• Gather feedback from advisors and assistants to identify adoption barriers, inform improvements, and refine support approaches.

• Contribute subject matter input, scenarios, and field insights to support the development of training materials by the training and curriculum design specialist.

• Demonstrates strong planning, prioritization, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.

• Is passionate about applying artificial intelligence and digital tools to drive efficiency and elevate performance.

• Has advanced English and French proficiency, as the role involves delivering training, creating learning materials, and collaborating with advisors, assistants, internal teams, and business stakeholders that are based across the country on a regular basis.

• Is available to travel for in-person engagement with advisor teams and to support cross-training on digital platforms.
