Job Description:

主要负责粗线上蜡机、细线上蜡机等的操作。

负责遵守所有质量和安全要求。

按照批准的程序文件使用正确的工具和设备进行生产

严格按照生产操作说明和标准操作程序进行正确的操作，保证产品符合质量标准。

认真参加各种培训。

交接班正确明了，保证生产连续运转。

保持生产过程和质量检查相关记录的准确性

真实、及时、清晰、准确、完整地完成工作记录，保证字迹清晰，内容正确。

在生产过程中对产品进行质量检查

按照各工序的要求完成自检工作，一旦发现质量问题，要立即停止生产并报告，待问题得到纠正后再继续生产。

仔细清场，防止混批，发现偏差应立即报告。

与主管和工程师协作解决现场问题

发现并提出改进机会，同时参与解决方法。

参与工具和设备的基本维护，通知主管进行报修

每天对使用的设备进行检查，并填写好相应的操作人员设备维护检查表。

保证工作场所清洁、工具设备整洁、物品放置有序。

发现设备故障应立即停机报修，设备维修完毕应试机进行确认。

按照标准进行产品的包装和标识

要节约物料和能源，避免浪费。

遵守公司信条和各项规章制度

严格遵守操作安全要求，参与日常的防火和安全保卫工作。

发现事故隐患，应立即报告。

一旦发生紧急事故，应遵守相关的安全程序。

负责将业务相关问题或机会传达给下一级管理层。

对于那些监督或管理员工的人员，如适用，负责确保下属遵循与健康，安全和环境实践相关的所有公司指南，以及所有需要的资源都是可用的，且状况良好。

负责确保个人和公司遵守联邦、州、地方和公司的所有法规、政策和程序。

执行其他必要的职责。
