Job Purpose
BPC Warehouse Leader is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Raw Material (RM), Packaging Material (PM) warehouse, and Finished goods (FG) internal logistics. This role ensures the timely receipt, storage, inventory control, and issuance of materials to support production while maintaining inventory accuracy, safety standards, quality requirements, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Lead daily RM & PM warehouse activities, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, staging, and material issuance.
- Ensure uninterrupted material supply to production lines according to production schedules.
- Monitor warehouse capacity utilization and optimize storage layout.
- Implement and maintain FIFO/FEFO inventory management practices.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Planning, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure material availability.
Inventory Management
- Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counting and stock audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor stock movements and inventory aging.
- Support month-end and year-end inventory reconciliation activities.
- Ensure accurate transaction recording in SAP systems.
Safety, Quality & Compliance
- Enforce warehouse safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company quality standards.
- Maintain housekeeping standards using 5S principles.
- Participate in safety inspections, risk assessments, and corrective actions.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse operators and forklift drivers.
- Allocate manpower effectively to meet operational requirements.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback.
- Drive employee engagement and continuous improvement culture.
- Ensure training compliance and skill development within the team.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Lead Kaizen, Lean, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Track warehouse KPIs and implement corrective actions when targets are not achieved.
- Support warehouse digitalization and automation projects.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Procurement regarding incoming material status.
- Work closely with Planning and CMRP to ensure material readiness.
- Coordinate with Quality Assurance concerning quarantined or non-conforming materials.
- Interface with FG logistics teams regarding delivery schedules.
Safety
- Zero Lost Time Accident (LTA)

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
- 5+ years of warehouse operations experience.
- 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Experience managing RM and PM inventory in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, or Consumer Goods industries preferred.
Technical Skills
- ERP/WMS experience (SAP preferred).
- Inventory management and warehouse control techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools (AI tools preferred).
- Knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, GMP, HACCP, and Lean principles (WCM/JIT etc.).
- Forklift operations and warehouse safety standards understanding.
