As the Warehouse Supervisor, Specifically, you will:
- Supervise daily raw material and finished goods receiving, storage, issuance, return and inventory control.
- Coordinate with Planner, Procurement, Production, QA/QC and Customer Service to ensure the receiving material and finished goods delivery are done promptly.
- Ensure safe working conditions of work areas, floors, racks, forklifts, tools, equipment and arranged for repair/replacement as needed.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, Security, ISO and SOP.
- Ensure the stock accuracy of raw materials, finished goods and other warehouse inventories.
- Ensure data entry is done promptly and accurately in the tracking system.
- Ensure correct shipment to customers.
- Ensure proper documentation being maintained for all incoming and outgoing goods.
- Implement FIFO, material status segregation (Released, Hold, NCR, Rejected).
- Conduct weekly cycle counts and coordinate annual physical inventory check. Investigate and report discrepancies.
- Ensure LMW license, GPB Form, Custom Exemption applied and follow Royal Kastam Malaysia rules.
- Prepare and submit reports to the local authority on a monthly and annual basis for audit verification.
- Ensure warehouse consumable items stock maintain for day-to-day operation.
- Communicate effectively with external warehouse and transporters to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Review monthly expenses and vendor charges, be responsible for the accuracy of the data.
- Coordinate with scrap collectors for waste disposal.
- Develop and recommend improvements in warehouse practices to promote efficiency and lower costs.
- Perform audit for internal and external warehouse.
- To oversee/monitor the 3PL warehouse in Malaysia and Singapore on the Operations related issues whenever required.
- Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
Who You Are

- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 2 to 5 years of experience in warehouse or manufacturing operations, including 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Good organization skills and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP knowledge will be prioritized.
- Experience in handling forklifts and reach trucks is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with Malaysian regulatory requirements such as Licensed Manufacturing Warehouse (LMW)
