We are currently looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Leader to lead our warehouse team and drive operational excellence across inbound, inventory management, and outbound logistics activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily warehouse activities to ensure the efficient and economical operation (Inbound & Outbound).
• Manage the workload and labor allocation, so that the full team meets all internal and external requirements, KPIs and quality requirements on a daily basis.
• Perform daily KPI reviews with Supervisors to find countermeasures for gaps and implement recovery plans.
• Coordinate the implementation of coutermeasures and improvement plans.
• Responsible for regular reporting acitivties and data analysis.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues related to inventory accuracy.
• Ensure that incoming material (inbound) is inspected for conformity with order specifications and checked for defects and is processed in agreed time.
• Conduct process audits and gemba walks to ensure compliance with internal SOPs and company policies, as well as external regulations, laws and procedures.
• Coordinate the implementation of coutermeasures and improvement plans.
• Establish, optimize and manage operationals processes at warehouse.
• Work on new project related to WH operations and support on other business initiatives.
• Coach, train and develop the Supervisors and Team Leads.
• Responsible for creating the best possible work environment for all employees.
• Work and develop WMS and other systems used in the warehouse
• Meet department cost objectives and support on budget preparation.
• Support during internal or external audits.
• Perfrom other duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• Good knowldege and unerstanding of warehouse operations
• Experience in a similar role withing manufacturing or logistics environment
• Be able to work in an international environment with a lot of internal international contacts.
• Experience with process setup, ideally with knowledge of Lean/Kaizen principles
• Be able to facilitate metings and participate as a member in various projects
• Be able to manage smaller improvement projects
• Experience with WMS
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work effectively with data
• Ability to set priorities, plan, and organize work activities efficiently
• Communicative level of English, both written and spoken
• High level of independence, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong results-oriented mindset
