Job Description
- Lead and manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory control.
- Implement new warehouse projects and design operational solutions and warehouse layouts.
- Own site P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process flow documentation.
- Monitor warehouse performance and ensure achievement of customer and company KPIs.
- Optimize warehouse utilization, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence.
- Prepare monthly KPI reports and business reviews for customers.
- Manage warehouse service charges and support customer billing activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and cost-saving programs.
- Support recruitment, manpower planning, and employee performance management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of warehouse operations experience with 2-3 years in a management role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and WMS.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
