About the role
We’ve spent the last two years actively shaping EU legislation to ensure our Account Verification Services (AVS) became the gold standard and are now expanding our product suite with fraud detection products, offering our customers a clear picture of transactions. We have outgrown the "blank canvas" startup phase, but we are not a rigid corporate machine. We are expanding our product suite and regional presence and for this next phase we are looking for a battle-tested VP of Sales to be the operational engine room leader, who will audit the pipeline immediately, rebuild discipline, coach in the trenches, and take full ownership of our new business ARR engine across Europe and the US. This includes:
- Drive New Business ARR: Take end-to-end ownership of new quota attainment across European and North American markets. Run and continue to build a scalable new revenue machine, for landing new markets, new banking logos and strategic
- Pipeline Audit & Deal Inspection: Implement and enforce a standardized deal-inspection framework (MEDDPICC). Clear phantom pipeline, establish objective stage criteria, unblock stalled complex negotiations, and provide accurate weekly and quarterly board forecasts.
- Lead, motivate, and inspire a multidisciplinary team (BD, Sales, Partnerships), driving a collaborative and high-performance culture, creating an A-Player hunter team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate field objections into product roadmap inputs, sharpen ICP definitions, and guarantee clean client handoffs.
About you
We are looking for a high-velocity, hands-on commercial builder. You have 8+ years of B2B SaaS Enterprise Sales Experience, (ideally in fintech/regtech) including a verifiable history of consistently closing and managing high-value, complex software deals. Also,
- Demonstrated track record leading and scaling commercial teams through international expansion.
- Sales Methodology Mastery: Deep, practical command of MEDDPICC. You know how to audit CRM hygiene down to the line item, test champion commitment, identify true economic buyers, and prevent late-stage drop-off.
- International Territory Knowledge: Practical operational experience navigating enterprise buying cycles, procurement processes, and cultural dynamics.
- The ability to motivate diverse teams, hold direct reports strictly accountable to inputs and pipeline metrics, and adjust guidance according to seniority and deal stage.
- Uncompromising bias for action. You identify structural bottlenecks before they show up on the end-of-quarter P&L.
