THE JOB: 

Lead the next level of luxury at MGM Grand as our Senior VIP Lounge Manager.  In this senior leadership role, you’ll set the vision and direction for an exceptional VIP experience, overseeing daily operations, financial performance, and a team dedicated to delivering personalized, elevated service.

From the VIP Lounge to luxury suites, butler services, and other high-end experiences, you’ll inspire a culture of excellence and ensure every detail reflects the highest standards of guest service.  You’ll also play a key role in developing talent, driving operational success, and creating seamless experiences for our most valued guests.

Your leadership will help bring our commitment to exceptional hospitality to life, anticipating needs, exceeding expectations, and creating WOW moments that guests remember long after their stay!

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Develop and execute strategies that maximize revenue, maintain a competitive advantage, and support short- and long-term profitability
• Oversee policies, operating procedures, training programs, directives, work schedules, rules, and regulations for VIP Lounge and Butler staff based on business needs
• Foster a management team focused on exceptional guest service, employee relations, teamwork, financial responsibility, and asset management
• Ensure effective execution of people programs that support employee engagement and accountability
• Use guest service satisfaction metrics from Guest View, TripAdvisor, Yelp, AAA Five Diamond, Forbes Travel Guide Five Star, and internal inspections to identify service deficiencies and develop action plans for process improvement, training, and employee performance
• Build collaborative relationships with support departments, including Casino Marketing, VIP Services, Convention Sales & Services, Facilities, Security, Housekeeping, Front Services, Recreation Services, Front Office, F&B, and Executive Offices

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Two (2) years of prior relevant experience in VIP services, Front Desk and/or Concierge
• Two (2) years of Supervisory/ Managerial experience in Hotel Operations preferred
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
