  • Manage the Risk scorecard, consolidating performance measures, commitments, dependencies and outcomes for executive review.
  • Provide integrated business insights and recommendations to support strategic trade-offs, resource allocation and timely decision-making.
  • Lead performance reporting and workforce analytics, providing visibility into capacity, organizational trends and execution against priorities.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, expense management and financial performance, including variance analysis, cost transparency and investment governance.
  • Lead business operations and administrative services that enable efficient and consistent execution across the function.
  • Oversee communications, colleague engagement and workplace requirements in partnership with enterprise teams.
  • Establish policy frameworks and operating guidance that clarify requirements, ownership and expected practices.
  • Lead governance disciplines spanning monitoring and testing, issue management, change governance and regulatory programs.
  • Oversee Business Continuity Management and data governance, including policy and standards, stewardship and data quality.
  • Create an integrated view of strategy, financials, operations, governance and execution to strengthen organizational discipline and accountability.
  • Build effective partnerships across Risk and enterprise functions, influencing outcomes through shared accountabilities.

  • Enterprise partners across Finance, Human Resources, Technology, Data, Legal, Compliance, Communications, Corporate Real Estate and shared services.
  • Senior executives, governance forums and program sponsors responsible for strategic prioritization and decision-making.

What You Bring

  • Significant progressive leadership experience in business management, strategy, finance, operations, governance, risk management or enterprise transformation.
  • Experience leading integrated business planning, executive reporting, scorecards and management routines in a large, complex organization.
  • Strong financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, expense oversight, investment governance and performance analysis.

  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information, identify themes and trade-offs, and provide clear recommendations to senior executives.
  • Strong judgment and the ability to influence, constructively challenge and build alignment across a matrixed organization.
  • Strong executive communication, organizational awareness and the ability to operate effectively in a highly regulated environment.
  • Inclusive leadership skills and a commitment to creating an environment where people with different backgrounds and perspectives can contribute and succeed.
  • A post-secondary degree or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience. Advanced education or relevant professional credentials may be an asset but are not required.
