Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Intake and Data Entry Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with clients. This role is ideal for someone organized, empathetic, and proactive, with a commitment to high-quality client care.

Schedule: 9:00AM to 5:00PM Mountain Standard Time

Monthly compensation: 1,150 to 1,220 USD

Average amounts of calls expected (Inbound and outbound): 16+

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage and update CRM systems to maintain accurate client records.

• Qualify clients based on established criteria to ensure proper service alignment.

• Complete and process forms as required.

• Conduct intake and data entry accurately and efficiently.

• Handle inbound calls and provide professional assistance to clients.

• Perform follow-ups (FUPs) with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve inquiries.

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) – required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer service experience with a focus on empathy and patience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sales background preferred but not mandatory (At least 1.5 years)
