Job Purpose

To help analyse the commercial performance of Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Trading and produce the reports to the Head of Department/Directors.

To work closely in the Trading team with plans for routes to market and stock management.

To help plan and implement promotions and pricing on Direct-to-Consumer platforms.

To provide administration support in relation to Direct to Consumer platforms and commercial reports.

To complete other miscellaneous activities that are deemed appropriate for the role of a Trading Administrator to support the efficient operation of The Group.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Commercial Reporting

• Have a thorough understanding of the commercial calculations in Trading and Business Plans to ensure reports are full and accurate.
• To manage inputting that relates to the commercial reports and be responsible in producing selected commercial reports on a weekly basis and upon request.
• Work with the Commercial team to monitor and analyse actual performance against forecasts.
• To create new reporting files upon request and regularly audit files to ensure the accuracy of commercial calculations.
• Continuously strive for and suggest improvements that benefit the Department and The Group.

Content Management and Administration

• To assist the Content Admin team with new products on all appropriate platforms, with a focus on Direct-to-Consumer specific content.
• Ensure all administration forms in relation to listings are completed for our internal Systems.
• Audit listings to ensure they meet the high standards of Direct-to-Consumer content.
• To help with analysing competitor listings to ensure the business remains competitive.

Market Platforms

• To update pricing and listings on D2C platforms in line with short- and long-term strategies.
• To continuously monitor sales rank and competitors on D2C platforms.
• To liaise with D2C contacts where necessary to ensure the smooth running of the platforms.
• Miscellaneous tasks
• To help Customer Engagement with reviews, feedback and content changes where needed.
• To provide administration support in relation to the running of the department.
