Position Summary

Our digital organization at MPC is on a mission to deliver trusted, scalable, and high-quality data products that accelerate decision-making across our integrated value chains and enable enterprise transformation. As our data platform and product ecosystem continue to grow, the need for a formal Total Quality Management (TQM) capability has become critical to ensuring consistency, compliance, operational readiness, and long-term trust in our data products at scale.

We are seeking an experienced leader to build and mature a modern TQM function focused on embedding quality, governance, and continuous improvement practices across the full lifecycle of enterprise data products.
