＜主な業務＞

-海外派遣者処遇に関する制度構築・改定・導入／運用サポート

-グローバル共通異動ポリシーの策定

-グルーバルモビリティ戦略の検討

-海外派遣者報酬ベンチマーク比較・制度アセスメント　etc.

【必須（MUST）】

-モビリティ（国際間人材異動）に関する強い関心・興味、キャリアイメージ

-下記のいずれかご経験された方

①モビリティに関する業務経験（税務、リロケーション、イミグレーション、処遇関連、日常業務は問わず）

②情報を整理し、価値ある形にして活用する業務経験（例えばリサーチ・調査、編集・コンテンツ制作）
