As a Technology Operations Support Practitioner, a typical day involves ensuring the integrity and governance of various systems by adhering to established best practices for service delivery. The role includes developing, deploying, and supporting infrastructure and technology initiatives while aligning with architectural standards and operational procedures. Collaboration with teams to maintain seamless technology operations and continuous improvement of service frameworks is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring that systems remain reliable and efficient within the organizational environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Monitor and maintain system performance to ensure optimal operation and availability.
- Document processes and procedures to support knowledge sharing and operational consistency.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing expertise.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- Experience with managing server environments, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of system security principles and best practices for safeguarding infrastructure.
- Ability to implement and manage backup and recovery solutions to ensure data integrity.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and performance tuning to optimize server operations.
- Knowledge of scripting and automation to streamline administrative tasks and improve efficiency.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- This position is based at our HDC3B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
