Summary:
As a Technology Delivery Lead, your day involves overseeing the execution of substantial and intricate technology initiatives. You coordinate closely with project sponsors to ensure that project scope and risks are effectively managed. Your role includes steering the project towards successful completion by maintaining high standards of service quality and controlling costs. You also play a key part in fostering ongoing business growth by supporting sales efforts with innovative delivery approaches and ensuring excellence throughout the project lifecycle. Collaboration and strategic oversight are central to your daily activities, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with organizational goals and client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead coordination efforts among cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from the plan.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment throughout the project.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Argus.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks relevant to technology delivery.
- Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies within complex project environments.
- Ability to analyze and optimize service quality and cost efficiency in project delivery.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage diverse teams and stakeholder expectations.
- Capability to innovate and implement solutions that enhance project outcomes and support business objectives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Argus.
- This position is based at our BDC6F - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
