Summary:
Seeking an experienced IAM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and transformation of enterprise Identity & Access Management solutions. The role requires strong IAM architecture and implementation expertise, coupled with stakeholder management and client relationship-building capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design and implement IAM solutions covering IGA, Access Management, PAM, SSO, MFA, Federation, and Identity Lifecycle Management.
- Lead IAM transformation, migration, and modernization programs across on-premises, cloud, and SaaS environments.
- Drive architecture governance, security reviews, and technology roadmaps.
- Work closely with client stakeholders, business teams, and technology teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Build and strengthen client relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and support business growth opportunities.
- Mentor team members and provide technical leadership across engagements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- 15+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management.
- Hands-on expertise with platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Ping Identity, or ForgeRock.
- Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SCIM, MFA, and Zero Trust principles.
- Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, communication, and consulting skills.
- Ability to work from client office 5 days a week and manage client-facing engagements.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM).
- This position is based at our Gurugram (Client Location Based).
- A 15 years full time education is required.
