Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and systems to ensure reliable operations. Executes maintenance schedules, troubleshoots equipment failures, performs repairs and component replacement, and maintains maintenance documentation. Supports production uptime through timely and quality maintenance interventions.

Responsable de realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en equipos y sistemas de producción para asegurar operaciones confiables. Ejecuta cronogramas de mantenimiento, diagnostica fallas de equipos, realiza reparaciones y reemplazo de componentes, y mantiene documentación de mantenimiento. • Execute daily and weekly preventive maintenance schedules

• Lubricate equipment according to lubrication schedules

• Perform equipment inspections and identify issues early

Qualifications and Experience / Calificaciones y Experiencia

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Technical certification in industrial maintenance preferred
• 3-5 years of industrial equipment maintenance experience
• Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
• Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to read equipment manuals and technical drawings
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Familiarity with CMMS maintenance software
• Valid driver's license (may be required)
