Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and systems to ensure reliable operations. Executes maintenance schedules, troubleshoots equipment failures, performs repairs and component replacement, and maintains maintenance documentation. Supports production uptime through timely and quality maintenance interventions.
Responsable de realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en equipos y sistemas de producción para asegurar operaciones confiables. Ejecuta cronogramas de mantenimiento, diagnostica fallas de equipos, realiza reparaciones y reemplazo de componentes, y mantiene documentación de mantenimiento. Soporta tiempo de actividad de producción mediante intervenciones de mantenimiento oportunas y de calidad.

- Execute assigned preventive maintenance routes and schedules

- Respond to and troubleshoot equipment failures

- Perform repairs, component replacements, and equipment modifications

- Execute daily and weekly preventive maintenance schedules
- Ejecutar cronogramas de mantenimiento preventivo diario y semanal
- Lubricate equipment according to lubrication schedules
- Lubricar equipos según cronogramas de lubricación
- Perform equipment inspections and identify issues early
- Realizar inspecciones de equipos e identificar problemas temprano
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement temporary repairs
- Diagnosticar fallas de equipos e implementar reparaciones temporales
- Replace seals, belts, bearings, hydraulic components, and other parts
- Reemplazar sellos, bandas, rodamientos, componentes hidráulicos y otras piezas
- Test equipment functionality after maintenance or repair
- Probar funcionalidad de equipos después de mantenimiento o reparación
- Complete and submit maintenance work orders and reports
- Completar y enviar órdenes de trabajo de mantenimiento y reportes
- Maintain tool inventory and cleanliness of maintenance shop

- Support production during maintenance windows

Qualifications and Experience / Calificaciones y Experiencia
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Technical certification in industrial maintenance preferred
- 3-5 years of industrial equipment maintenance experience
- Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to read equipment manuals and technical drawings
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Familiarity with CMMS maintenance software
- Valid driver's license (may be required)
