What you will do in this role

At Mahle SBS as a Technical Support Advisor on our team, you will:

-Provide technical support and assistance to customers via e-mail and phone.

-Addresses, responds and resolves to customer inquiries on products and services, including installation, operational functions, troubleshooting and maintenance. 

-Provide response in a timely manner to customers queries and focuses on building close long-term client relationships.  

We are looking for a passionate candidate with a high sense of Teamwork.  

Key Responsibilities & Tasks: 

- Delivers training to OEM´s and assemblers as per request and business needs.  

- Deploys high level knowledge in the market and collect information for corrective action & improvement.  

- Takes control of OEM´s claim by escalating to key company areas if necessary.  

- Coordinates with Supply Chain department for parts pick-ups and replacement shipments.  

- Guides customers through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include use of diagnostic tools and software and/or following verbal instructions.  

- Consults with users to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem.  

- Prepares customer reports to track progress on improvement actions  

- Performs other related duties as assigned. 

Required skills:  

- Bike industry or mechatronic background is important  

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills  

- Excellent interpersonal and computer skills  

- Proficient in customer focus skills  

- Professional and pleasant telephone and face to face manner  

- Availability to travel and visit customers when required  

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Are proficient or bilingual in German plus an advanced level of English 

- High School graduate or Higher

- Have customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers’ need 

- At least 3 years’ experience in customer service environment

- CMS Office Package / MS Dynamics 365 / SAP

- Logistics knowledge / Training Skills / Innovation skills

- Salary package: €22,500 gross/year + up to €2,400 gross/year in bonus
