Technical Service Representative

▪ Field technical support to customers for paint application and field technical service

▪ Technical support to customers for painting problem solving and painting demonstration

▪ Field test for new product launching and new system

▪ Leading key product project with each technical service reps.

▪ Set up a sales and marketing strategy of each jobber with sales team

▪ Leading key product projects for improving sales growth

▪ Existing account management with sales team

▪ Provide call reports and updates on the technical situation at the customer to the line manager including current issues, customer needs and competitive threats
