034675 Maintenance Teamleader (Open)Job Description:
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth production operations through preventive maintenance and corrective, damage-oriented servicing of machines
- Lead, motivate, and develop the maintenance team
- Take responsibility for creating and coordinating maintenance plans, as well as documenting all repair work
- Create purchase requisitions in the system and obtain quotations
- Cost control, reporting, and documentation
- Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance work on machines
- Plan and implement maintenance projects
- Work closely with production and neighboring departments such as quality assurance and planning
Your Profile:
- Completed technical training or a comparable qualification, along with several years of maintenance experience, ideally in a production environment
- Leadership experience and strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, cost awareness, and a hands-on mentality
- Sense of responsibility and role-model behavior in the areas of occupational safety, environment, and quality
- Confident use of M365 and ERP systems
- Good written and spoken English skills

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is €61,000.00 - €103,700.00 annually. Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between70,000.00 to80,000.00 annually. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.Benefits Statement:
