About the Role 

We are seeking a highly experienced Team Leader to lead and manage a multidisciplinary consulting team for a major road infrastructure project in Timor-Leste. The successful candidate will provide overall technical, managerial, and contractual leadership throughout project implementation, ensuring timely delivery of project objectives while maintaining compliance with client, donor, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with expertise in highway roads or equivalent
• Have 20 years cumulative civil engineering experience and there of a minimum 10 years related to design and construction of highway roads
• Have served in similar project on at least 2 highway road projects of similar nature with each project of 300 million USD or more construction cost
• Preferably be a fulltime employee of the PMC since at least 5 years
• Have relevant international experience and working at least 3 years in developing countries
• Lead, coordinate and supervise the multi-disciplinary team for the DBF contract.
• Responsibility to guide the team in arriving at solutions within the constraint
• Fluent in Writing and Speaking English is mandatory
• Male or female
