About the Role 

We are seeking an experienced Geotechnical & Materials Engineer to join our consulting team for an upcoming Feasibility Study (FS) for a road/infrastructure project in Solomon Islands.

The specialist will be responsible for assessing ground conditions, geotechnical risks, construction materials, pavement subgrade conditions, slope stability, and potential material sources. The role will provide technical recommendations to support the feasibility assessment and preliminary engineering design

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent professional qualifications in civil engineering or geotechnical engineering.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience relating to geotechnical engineering of bridges and roads under road/bridge projects is required
• Fluent in writing and speaking English is mandatory.
