The Opportunity 

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who will help us strategically yet grow our world-class team in India and other countries across the globe. You should be passionate about recruiting first-rate talents that will add value to the business. Partnering with senior management (including Country Director/SR Director/AD), you will be critical to creating a seamless recruiting process to help Agoda scale our business globally. 

In this Role, you'll get to 

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their business objectives and hiring needs. Develop the recruitment strategy and ways to build a talent pipeline accordingly. 

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process ensuring a seamless, uniform, and positive candidate experience. 

• Build your network with high-potential talents to ensure that the business has access to the best talent in the market, working comfortably on a global level. 

• Engage in creative talent mapping efforts for the purposes of building our candidate pipeline as well as to provide market intelligence to the business. 
• Work on recruitment projects and training to improve the standard for hiring within the organization 

Must-Have
-8+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-growing technology, product, or similarly dynamic environment.
-Strong stakeholder management skills, including clear communication, proactive updates, expectation management, and the ability to influence hiring managers and senior leaders using data and market insights.
-Exceptional sourcing skills, with a proven ability to build strong top-of-funnel pipelines in challenging and competitive talent markets. 
-A strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify root causes, propose practical solutions, and create clear action plans when pipelines are challenging.
-Experience hiring across different levels, from early-career talent through to leadership roles, including negotiating complex compensation packages and successfully closing candidates.
-A data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics, generate useful insights, and translate them into recommendations for Japan leaders.
-Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
-Strong proficiency with recruitment and productivity tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Greenhouse, and Microsoft Office.
-A proactive and continuous-improvement mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive recruitment process improvements.
-A passion for recruitment and delivering an excellent candidate experience.

- Proficiency in Japanese and English is required

Good-to-Have
-Experience in both agency and in-house recruitment environments.
-Experience partnering with senior leadership on strategic recruitment initiatives.
-Experience using recruitment data to identify market trends and inform workforce or hiring strategies.
-Proven ability to take initiative and lead cross-functional projects from planning through to completion.
