主な責任：

• 担当ポジションにおける採用プロセス全体（エンドツーエンド）を管理し、採用マネージャーに対する信頼できるアドバイザーとして支援する
• HRリーダーおよびビジネスリーダーと連携し、候補者パイプラインや候補者体験に関する課題を把握し、既存のHR施策・プロセス・ポリシーを活用して解決する
• 採用、ソーシング、候補者エンゲージメント、エンプロイヤーブランディングに関する各種システムの活用および更新
• 採用、ソーシング、人材獲得、エンプロイヤーブランディングに関する特別プログラムの提案、開発、導入支援

応募資格：

• タレントアクイジション領域での実務経験3年以上（グローバルな製造業、エンジニアリング、またはテクノロジー企業での経験があれば尚可）
• 採用ツールおよび手法に関する深い理解（ATS：Workday、SAP SuccessFactorsなど、ならびにソーシングツールの使用経験）
• エンジニアリング、製造業、または産業オートメーション分野における人材市場の知識があれば尚可
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力およびステークホルダーマネジメント能力を有し、シームレスでインクルーシブな候補者体験の提供に情熱を持っている方
• 人事、経営学、心理学、または関連分野の学位、もしくは同等の実務経験
• 日本語での業務遂行能力（英語はビジネスレベルであれば尚可ですが必須ではありません）

Main Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to an exceptional talent acquisition experience within a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension or conversion to a permanent role. Each day, you will work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to ensure effective sourcing and hiring strategies are implemented. You will also showcase your expertise by providing regular insights on market trends and talent conditions to the wider People function, Talent Acquisition team, and business stakeholders.

This role plays a key part in shaping ABB’s talent landscape in Japan, partnering with a diverse and influential group of stakeholders including HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, Business Unit Leaders, and the Global Talent Acquisition Team. You will be at the heart of strategic hiring conversations, driving impactful talent decisions and helping the business secure top talent in a highly competitive market.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Managing End-to-End talent acquisition processes for the assigned requisitions, acting as a trusted advisor to the business hiring managers.
• Partnering with HR leadership and business leaders to understand and solve current issues in the candidates’ pipeline, candidates’ experience, that can be supported or resolved through existing HR practices, processes, or policies in functional specialty.
• Using and updating relevant recruitment, sourcing, candidate engagement and employer branding systems in support of the talent acquisition function.
• Recommending, developing, and assisting in the implementation of special programs in recruitment, sourcing, talent attraction and employer branding.

Qualifications for the role

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a global industrial, engineering, or technology-driven organization.
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools and methodologies, with experience in ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and sourcing technologies .
• Preferring a deep knowledge of the engineering, manufacturing, or industrial automation talent market
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; passionate about delivering a seamless and inclusive candidate experience.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience in recruitment or HR operations.
• Comfortable communicating in Japanese and ideally business level English ( but not essential)
