About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and help build a new centralized recruiting operation.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can successfully balance full-cycle recruiting responsibilities with team and process management. The person in this role will initially be directly involved in recruiting while helping establish the structure, processes, and team needed to support the operation as it grows.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will work closely with leadership to understand hiring needs, learn existing processes and systems, coordinate recruiting resources, and gradually build and manage a team that may include Recruiters, Sourcers, and Onboarding Specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting activities from intake through candidate selection and offer coordination.
• Actively recruit for open positions while also overseeing the broader recruiting operation.
• Help build and structure a new centralized recruiting model.
• Learn and manage existing recruiting and onboarding processes and systems.
• Build, develop, and supervise a growing recruiting and onboarding team.
• Potentially manage Recruiters, Sourcers, Onboarding Specialists, and other recruiting resources.
• Coordinate resources located in Mexico and potentially the Philippines.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs, priorities, and role-specific requirements.
• Quickly learn the differences and specific hiring needs across the locations being supported.
• Support the incorporation of additional locations into the centralized recruiting operation.
• Help create consistent recruiting processes, workflows, and best practices.
• Monitor recruiting activity and priorities to help ensure positions are filled effectively and efficiently.
• Support the continued development and scalability of the recruiting operation.

Requirements

• Strong experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Previous experience leading recruiting teams, programs, or processes.
• Demonstrated ability to build or improve recruiting operations and workflows.
• Comfortable working as a hands-on recruiter while also managing people and processes.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to quickly learn different hiring needs, processes, and operational requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an evolving environment where processes and team structures may still be developing.
• Experience working with distributed or international teams is highly desirable.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workday.
• Experience supporting recruiting operations across multiple locations.
• Experience coordinating teams or resources across different countries.

Travel

Occasional travel to the United States may be valuable for meeting the team, participating in strategic planning meetings, and visiting supported locations.

Candidates who already hold a valid U.S. visa, or who are willing and able to begin the visa application process, are preferred.

The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter and people leader who is comfortable being both strategic and highly hands-on. They should be able to personally manage recruiting activities while helping build the processes, structure, and team necessary to support a growing centralized Talent Acquisition operation.
