About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative Specialist for a 2-month fixed-term contract. This role will focus on contacting hotels to collect and verify their tax registration codes, ensuring our database remains accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact hotels via phone and email to request tax registration codes
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and data collected
- Follow up with hotels to ensure timely responses
- Update internal systems with verified tax information
- Escalate any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor
- Prepare regular progress reports on outreach activities
Requirements
- College degree (any discipline)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with hotel representatives and building professional relationships
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook)
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus
