Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Systems Supply Officer (f/m) to join our On-Board Power & Safety Systems team based in Blagnac (Toulouse), France.

You will be part of a team managing supply chain operations for critical equipment (air systems, power generation, fire detection).

As part of the Supplier Interface Team, you will be involved in international supplier management aiming at securing Aircraft deliveries on time and Quality across global assembly lines.

Your challenges :

• Manage forecasting, placement, and tracking of purchase orders with European and American suppliers.
• Monitor strategic buffer stocks and rework purchase orders to protect global production lines.
• Perform data reporting and Line of Balance analysis to anticipate risks and mitigate missing parts impact.
• Apply Practical Problem Solving (PPS) methodologies to resolve recurrent supplier operational issues.
• Support New Parts Introduction (NPI) within Multi-Functional Teams and maintain ERP master data up to date.

Your boarding pass :

• Background in Industrial Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, or equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or supplier monitoring.
• Technical expertise in Airbus ERP systems (SAP PDA/PGI/PEA) and digital data analytics tools.
• Professional fluency in English and German is mandatory; French language skills are highly appreciated.
• Willingness to travel internationally (3-5 trips per year) and manage suppliers across different time zones.
