About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our Global Supply Chain team. In this role, you will manage day-to-day logistics and operational activities across global shipments, inventory movements, supplier coordination, and order fulfillment.
You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure operational excellence, scalability, and outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments with freight forwarders, warehouses, suppliers, and logistics partners
- Monitor and improve delivery performance across suppliers and logistics vendors
- Track inventory movements and support inventory accuracy across global locations
- Support order fulfilment processes for new customer orders, RMAs, and replacement shipments
- Work closely with Global Support, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution
- Help optimize logistics workflows and drive automation and scalability across supply chain operations
- Ensure accurate documentation and system updates within ERP/CRM platforms
- Proactively communicate shipment status, delays, and operational risks to stakeholders
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations within a global technology company
- Experience coordinating international shipments and working with logistics providers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Team player with the ability to collaborate across global teams and time zones
- Fluent English (spoken and written) — mandatory
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems — advantage (Salesforce preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field — advantage
- Availability for occasional after-hours support when required
