Job Description

As a Supplier Relationship Specialist, you will help build and maintain a supplier network that supports our Services & Solutions business. You will work closely with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders to improve supplier performance, manage risk, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

You will join the Services & Solutions Supply Chain team and partner with colleagues across Engineering, IT, Finance, Customer Care, and Regional Service Delivery. You will report to the Manager, EMEA S&S Sourcing & Supply, and have a hybrid schedule working in Katowice or Gdansk, Poland.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with assigned suppliers, serving as a primary point of contact for supplier engagement and issue resolution.
• Monitor supplier performance through key metrics such as delivery, quality, cost, and responsiveness, and support corrective action and improvement plans when needed.
• Identify and mitigate supplier-related risks and supply chain disruptions to help ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to drive process improvements, cost optimization, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Analyze supplier and supply chain data, prepare performance reports, and contribute to sourcing and supplier management strategies.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Materials Management, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or a related technical discipline.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supplier relationship management, procurement, or a related field.
• Native or fluent in English
• Proficiency in Excel and
• Experience with supplier relationship management software.
• Experience with lean methodologies or other continuous improvement initiatives.
• SAP experience.
• Demonstrated experience building and managing strong relationships with key suppliers.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, procurement processes, and performance metrics.
• CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or similar certification.
