This Position reports to:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Administration Intern to support the Administration Team in daily operations. This role offers hands-on experience in office administration, employee services, and event coordination within an international environment.

About the Internship

• Start date: 16.11.2026
• Work from our modern office in Łódź
• 100% onsite work model
• Availability of 20 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Support reception and front-office activities
• Assist in the organization and coordination of internal events
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Administration Team
• Assist with various ad hoc tasks and process improvements
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents

Requirements

• Active student status, preferably in Administration, Management, Marketing & Communications, Business, or a related field
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
• Strong organizational and communication skills
