This Position reports to:
Facil. Mangement and Admin. ManagerWe are looking for a proactive and organized Administration Intern to support the Administration Team in daily operations. This role offers hands-on experience in office administration, employee services, and event coordination within an international environment.
About the Internship
- Start date: 16.11.2026
- Work from our modern office in Łódź
- 100% onsite work model
- Availability of 20 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Support reception and front-office activities
- Assist in the organization and coordination of internal events
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Administration Team
- Assist with various ad hoc tasks and process improvements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents
Requirements
- Active student status, preferably in Administration, Management, Marketing & Communications, Business, or a related field
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Strong organizational and communication skills
