What you’ll do
As a Structural Engineer in our Buildings team based in Brisbane, you’ll contribute to a diverse portfolio of multidisciplinary projects across aviation, sports and stadia, transport infrastructure, tertiary, health and defence as well as our established pipeline of BNE32 projects and Olympics-related opportunities.
You’ll join a close, collaborative and technically strong team that supports one another and combines local connection with the backing of Aurecon’s Global reach and expertise.
Develop practical structural solutions and undertake engineering analysis and design for building projects
Lead packages of work, coordinating technical inputs, priorities and delivery
Work directly with clients and provide clear, high-quality advice throughout project delivery
Collaborate with architects, builders and multidisciplinary teams across Aurecon to explore integrated solutions with our partners and clients on projects that support the future of the Built Environment.
Contribute to technical excellence and have a future focused approach to technology and ways of working.
What you’ll bring
A relevant civil or structural engineering qualification and structural engineering experience, ideally in building structures
Around five years’ relevant experience as a guide, while welcoming candidates slightly either side
The ability to develop practical structural solutions and work confidently through engineering analysis
Strong client communication, collaboration, leadership, organisation and time-management skills
