Our Management Consulting team is looking for a Senior Associate with experience in Strategy and Operations.

Who you’ll work with 

You will be part of PwC’s Management Consulting practice in Zagreb, serving markets across Southeast Europe. 

Our team helps clients solve complex strategic and operational challenges across a variety of industries, including energy, utilities and resources, industrial manufacturing, retail & consumer, financial services, technology, media, and telecommunications. By blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities, our teams of consultants and experts develop strategies that deliver real results for our clients. 

What you’ll do 

Work in teams on complex strategy, operations, and transformation topics for private and public sector clients in Croatia and the region. 

Create positive impact for our clients by solving important problems and delivering effective strategies.

• Support project delivery with problem solving, solution structuring, communication and presentation, and relationship building with team members and clients. 

• Independently lead and manage smaller projects or large project streams. 

• Build relationships with client stakeholders and understand complex client requirements. 

• Manage the development of meaningful recommendations, proposals, solutions, and ideas that add value and address client needs. 

• Actively share knowledge throughout the PwC network and provide a truly global perspective for our clients. 

• Support the development of others through mentoring and coaching. 

What we expect from you 

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in strategy/management consulting or a similar role in the corporate sector. 

• Strong structure and strategic thinking skills. 

• Experience managing projects and teams. 

• Ability to adapt to an intense work environment and work effectively in challenging circumstances. 

• Excellent team player with a proactive attitude. 

• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills. 

• Proactive, self-driven mindset. 

• University education (Master’s degree preferred). 

• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, both spoken and written. 

• Willingness to travel regionally.
