What You Will Do:

• Support daily office management functions, develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and enhance productivity, while applying a basic understanding of international relations to support global stakeholder interactions and cross-cultural coordination.

• Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external events, including venue selection, vendor management, logistics, and post-event evaluation to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

• Provide high-level executive assistant services, expertly managing complex calendars, travel itineraries, meeting coordination, and daily administrative tasks with proactive prioritization and attention to detail.

• Develop internal and external communications, speeches, press materials, training content, and written materials.

What You Will Need:

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred.

• Bachelor's degree

• THREE (3) or more years of experience providing strategic communications, operations support, administrative coordination, financial oversight, or any other relevant experience.

• Experience supporting public affairs and administrative activities for senior-level officials
