Introduction
Job Bridge Global is pleased to offer this opportunity to qualified Welding Supervisors who are fluent in Spanish and English and would like to live and work in the United Kingdom under a work permit.
We are looking for experienced supervisors who can manage and coordinate teams of welders on major industrial projects across the United Kingdom. Candidates must speak both Spanish and English to communicate effectively with local teams, project managers, and international personnel on site.
Three major projects are currently underway, all of which are considered landmark projects in the United Kingdom.

Essential Requirements
This position requires highly skilled and experienced supervisors with expertise in both Stick welding and TIG welding.
You must:
- Be fluent in Spanish and English.
- Be proficient in knowledge of both Stick welding and TIG welding.
- Have proven experience supervising welding teams.
- Have at least five years of experience in the industrial sector.
- Have experience working on large-scale industrial projects.
- Be able to manage multicultural teams and work effectively under pressure.
- Have a functioning smartphone and an active email address with sufficient available storage.
- Have a clean criminal record and be able to provide a police clearance or certificate of good conduct.
- Provide copies of relevant training certificates and qualifications.
- Provide an up-to-date CV in a digital, non-scanned format.
Specific CV Requirements

- The projects you have supervised.

Main Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate welding teams on site.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, welding symbols, and specifications.
- Monitor the quality of completed work and carry out the necessary inspections.
- Organise work activities and assign tasks to team members.
- Monitor progress to ensure that project deadlines are met.
- Supervise, train, and support less-experienced welders.
- Communicate daily with project managers and operational teams.
- Participate in technical and safety meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work, materials used, and hours worked.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Welding Supervisor in an industrial environment.
- Excellent command of Stick and TIG welding processes.
- Valid welding certifications or equivalent qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
- The ability to manage teams and coordinate activities on site.
- Experience working with different materials, including:
- Stainless steel
- Aluminium
- Carbon steel
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Flexibility to work different schedules and travel between project sites.
Languages
Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory for this position.
