Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez :

Une offre de stage intitulée « Stage en Achats Aérostructures Après-Vente / Support Client (h/f) » vient de s'ouvrir au sein d'Airbus SAS sur son site de Blagnac. Vous rejoindrez le département PMRP (Procurement Aerostructure), en charge des achats aérostructures pour l'efficacité de la flotte au sein du domaine Support Client / Services.

Votre stage consistera à analyser les besoins métiers liés au sourcing direct, coordonner en interne les activités de sourcing avec les acheteurs stratégiques et soutenir la sécurisation de la chaîne d'approvisionnement pour les opérations clients (retrofits, upgrades et grandes visites de maintenance), notamment auprès du Sourcing Manager A380.

Ce stage, d'une durée de 6 mois, débutera idéalement en Janvier 2027 (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).

Vos principales missions consisteront à :

• Coordination des appels d'offres : Appuyer les Sourcing Managers dans la coordination et le suivi (drumbeat) des demandes de cotation (RFQ) auprès des fournisseurs pour les projets d'Upgrades et Retrofit.
• Développement de la communication interne : Soutenir l'élaboration d'un site Google dédié à l'équipe afin de faciliter le travail quotidien, l'intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs et d'offrir un accès centralisé aux outils, processus et méthodes de travail.
• Support Sourcing A380 & projets ad hoc : Assister le Coordinateur Achats A380 dans le pilotage et le suivi de projets de sourcing spécifiques.

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

• Maîtrise des compétences en Sourcing dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant (le marché de l'après-vente / aftermarket)
• Agilité et gestion des parties prenantes internes (stakeholder management)
• Gestion des contrats et des relations fournisseurs

Votre carte d’embarquement pour cette aventure :

Vous êtes actuellement en Bac+4/5 (Master 1, Master 2 ou école de commerce / université) en Achats, Supply Chain, Management / Administration des Affaires ou un domaine équivalent.

Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes :

Compétences techniques :

• Gestion et analyse de données (Data Management)
• Création de supports digitaux / sites d'équipe (ex. Google Sites)
• Compréhension des mécanismes d'achats et de la chaîne d'approvisionnement

Soft Skills :

• Profil proactif, agile, analytique et orienté résultats
• Curiosité et esprit d’équipe
• Excellente capacité de communication et d'adaptation

Langues :

• Anglais : Niveau Avancé (langue de travail principale)
• Français : Niveau Avancé souhaité (non obligatoire)

Your mission :
An internship opportunity in Procurement Aerostructure After Sales has just opened at Airbus SAS located in Blagnac.

You will join the PMRP department in charge of Procurement Aerostructure for fleet efficiency in the domain of Customer Service

Your internship will consist in:

Analysing business needs related to direct sourcing and coordinating internally the sourcing activities and follow up with the strategic buyers. 

Support specific projects related to secure the supply chain for our customer’s operations in relation to retrofits, upgrades and heavy maintenance checks. In this mission you will in particular support our A380 Sourcing Manager

A part of the mission will also be to assist the team in the creation of a dedicated Team site to facilitate the day to day work & onboarding of new team members.

Ideally, this will be a 6 months internship and it should start in January 2027 (date subject to flexibility). 

Your main missions will consist of : 

● Supporting the Sourcing Managers to coordinate and drumbeat the request for quotations  to suppliers related to Upgrades and Retrofit 

● Develop the internal communication of the team by supporting the elaboration of a dedicated Team Google Site giving overview and easy access to tools, process and way of working of the team

● Support the A380 Procurement Coordinator in ad hoc sourcing projects   

Your tutor will support you, identify your professional objectives and develop your skills and we believe that this internship will allow you to develop the following: 

● Sourcing skills within a dynamic and challenging environment - the aftermarket

● Agility and internal stakeholder management 

● Contract and supplier management

Your Boarding Pass: 

You are preparing a diploma level in business school or equivalent university in the field of supply chain, purchasing or business administration (or equivalent). 

You possess the following competences:

- Curious and team oriented 

- Langues skills : 

- English :advanced

- French : ideally advanced but not a requirement
