Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez :

Une offre de stage intitulée « Stage en Automatisation d'une solution digitale de gestion des ressources & Optimisation du processus d'offre technique de modernisation » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Airbus Customer Services sur son site de Blagnac / Toulouse. Vous rejoindrez les départements « STC Solution Programme » et « SR Systems & Lifecycle Offer Management » en charge de la continuité numérique, de l'excellence opérationnelle transverse, des solutions de modernisation cabine/connectivité et de la gestion des offres techniques/commerciales pour les compagnies aériennes et loueurs.

Votre stage consistera à :

Articuler votre temps de manière égale entre deux projets stratégiques clés. D'une part, l'automatisation d'un outil digital de gestion des ressources opérationnelles. D'autre part, l'harmonisation des estimations techniques ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) et la standardisation de l'outillage tout au long du cycle de vie des offres de modernisation.

Ce stage, d'une durée de 6 mois, débutera idéalement entre Janvier et Mars 2027 (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).

Vos principales missions consisteront à :

STC Solution Programme – Automatisation des Ressources & Performance :

• Recueillir et évaluer les exigences fonctionnelles d'après les retours d'expérience des parties prenantes (ingénierie et programme).
• Analyser, proposer et développer des solutions d’automatisation digitales (Google Workspace, Google Apps Script, JavaScript/Python) pour renforcer la fiabilité et l'ergonomie de l'outil de gestion des ressources.
• Réaliser la démonstration et le retour d'expérience pour confirmer les améliorations apportées.

SR Offer Management – Harmonisation des ROM & Optimisation de l'Outillage :

• Analyser les pratiques actuelles d'estimation et formaliser un guide méthodologique pas-à-pas (ROM User Guide) pour éliminer les divergences et accélérer l'intégration des collaborateurs.
• Réaliser un audit exhaustif des outils de calcul des ROM actuels et effectuer un benchmark des solutions en cours de développement chez Airbus.Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels.

Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

• Conception d'outils numériques simples et automatisation agile de processus en environnement industriel
• Conduite de projet transverse et pratiques d'amélioration continuous (Lean)
• Compréhension des activités de modernisation d'avions commerciaux (STC cabine/connectivité)
• Coordination transverse avec des métiers variés (Ingénierie, Ventes/Commerce, Achats, Supply Chain) dans un contexte international
• Capacité à mener de front deux projets majeurs avec des interlocuteurs et parties prenantes différents (multitâche)

Votre carte d’embarquement pour cette aventure :

Vous êtes actuellement en Bac+5 / Master 2 en école d'ingénieurs ou université en Génie Digital, Informatique, Génie Industriel, Management des Technologies ou un domaine équivalent.

Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes :

Compétences techniques :

• Solide maîtrise opérationnelle du scripting et de l'outillage digital : Google Workspace, Google Apps Script, JavaScript ou Python (utilisation d'outils d'IA tels que Gemini appréciée)
• Visualisation de données (Looker Studio ou outils équivalents de tableaux de bord décisionnels)
• Sensibilité aux processus industriels, cycles de vie de projets et environnements d'ingénierie aéronautique (aptitude à formaliser une documentation technique claire)

Soft Skills :

• Excellente communication interpersonnelle et aisance avec des équipes multidisciplinaires
• Capacités d'analyse et de synthèse
• Proactivité, curiosité intellectuelle et autonomie

Your mission :

An internship opportunity titled : « Internship in Automation of a Digital Resource Management Solution & Optimization of the Technical Modernization Offer Process » has just opened at Airbus Customer Services located in Blagnac / Toulouse. You will join the "STC Solution Programme" and "SR Systems & Lifecycle Offer Management" departments in charge of digital continuity, cross-functional operational excellence, cabin/connectivity modernization solutions, and the management of technical and commercial offers for airlines and lessors.

Your internship will consist in :

Splitting your time equally between two key strategic projects. On one hand, the automation of an operational resource management digital tool. On the other hand, the harmonization of ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) technical estimates and the standardization of tooling throughout the lifecycle of modernization offers.

Ideally, this is a 6-month internship and it should start between January and March 2027 (date subject to flexibility).

Your main missions will consist of :

STC Solution Programme – Resource Automation & Performance:

• Gather and evaluate functional requirements based on feedback from engineering and programme stakeholders.
• Analyze, propose, and develop digital automation solutions (Google Workspace, Google Apps Script, JavaScript/Python) to enhance the reliability and usability of the resource management tool.
• Conduct demonstrations and feedback sessions to validate the implemented improvements.

SR Offer Management – ROM Harmonization & Tooling Optimization:

• Analyze current estimation practices and formalize a step-by-step methodological guide (ROM User Guide) to eliminate discrepancies and accelerate onboarding.
• Conduct a comprehensive audit of current ROM calculation tools and benchmark solutions under development within Airbus.

Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills.

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

• Design of simple digital tools and agile process automation within an industrial environment.
• Cross-functional project management and continuous improvement practices (Lean).
• Understanding of commercial aircraft modernization activities (Cabin/Connectivity STC).
• Cross-departmental coordination with various functions (Engineering, Sales/Commercial, Procurement, Supply Chain) in an international context.
• Ability to manage two major projects simultaneously with different stakeholders (multitasking).

Your Boarding Pass:

You are preparing a diploma level Bac+5 / Master 2 in Digital Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Technology Management, or equivalent.

You possess the following competences:

Technical skills :

• Strong operational proficiency in scripting and digital tools: Google Workspace, Google Apps Script, JavaScript or Python (use of AI tools such as Gemini is appreciated)
• Data visualization (Looker Studio or equivalent decision-support dashboard tools)
• Understanding of industrial processes, project lifecycles, and aeronautical engineering environments (ability to formalize clear technical documentation)

Soft Skills :

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and comfort working with multidisciplinary teams
