Job Description

We are looking for a Staff, Community Management

Focused on the operational management of digital and social media platforms, ensuring accurate execution, timely community engagement, and reliable data management across channels. Responsible for the day-to-day administration of social media accounts and digital platforms, including content publishing and scheduling, community monitoring, user response management, and escalation of relevant cases to internal teams.

Strong focus on data collection, including downloading and consolidating performance data from multiple platforms, validating information, and maintaining structured databases to support performance tracking and business decision-making helped by agencies.

Key Job Responsabilities

• Manage and monitor social media platforms and Samsung Members community on a daily basis, ensuring correct publishing, platform configuration, and operational execution.
• Monitor comments, direct messages, mentions, reviews, and customer inquiries across digital channels.
• Respond to users according to established communication guidelines, SLAs, FAQs, and escalation protocols.
• Identify and escalate customer service issues, complaints, sensitive cases, or potential reputational risks to the appropriate teams.
• Download and consolidate data from social media and digital platforms for periodic reporting.
• Maintain organized databases, trackers, dashboards, and historical performance records.
• Manage Google Business Profile listings, including the creation and upload of new store locations, updates to existing listings, business information, opening hours, addresses, contact details, and other relevant store data.
• Monitor and manage customer reviews and interactions across Google Business Profile locations.
• Support platform audits, data quality checks, and account maintenance to ensure information remains accurate and up to date.
• Track operational issues and follow up with internal teams or platform support when required.

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree is needed

·        3+ years of experience on similar positions

·       Social Media Management, Costumer response management, Google Business profile management, Digital platforms operations

·       Sprinklr usage. Preferred.

·        English advanced.
