About This Role:

Sr. Product Manager, Digital Platform – Clinician Workflow

iRhythm is looking for a Sr. Product Manager to join the digital platform product team. This role will focus on clinican-facing web portals, helping define, prioritize, and deliver workflow capabilities that support clinician-facing experiences, operational efficiency, and scalable platform growth. Over time, the role is expected to expand into broader digital platform responsibilities across clinician workflow, integrations, and adjacent platform capabilities that support iRhythm’s evolving product portfolio. You will partner closely with engineering, design, clinical, operations, commercial, regulatory, and other cross-functional stakeholders to translate user needs and business priorities into high-quality software solutions that can scale across multiple products and workflows.

 Responsibilities include:

  • Lead product discovery for accountable products, including voice of customer, clinician workflow research, internal stakeholder feedback, data analysis, and assessment of unmet needs and pain points.
  • Define and maintain a prioritized roadmap, balancing clinician workflow needs, operational priorities, technical feasibility, regulatory considerations, and business impact.
  • Translate product strategy into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, release scope, and implementation plans that align business value, technical feasibility, regulatory considerations, and user experience.
  • Partner with program/project management to lead cross-functional core teams through product development, launch readiness, change management, and post-launch adoption.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, UX, clinical operations, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality features and intuitive workflows through iterative development.
  • Measure, analyze, and communicate product performance, adoption, operational impact, and KPI trends to inform roadmap decisions and demonstrate outcomes.
  • Willing to travel up to 20%.

About you:

You care deeply about building healthcare technology that improves workflows, supports clinicians, and enables better patient and customer outcomes. The end user is always your first priority, and you seek to understand day-to-day pain points through data, research, workflow observation, and direct stakeholder engagement. You know enough about software delivery, systems, and integrations to partner effectively with technical teams and can communicate complex ideas at the right level for executives, engineers, operators, and clinical stakeholders. You bring structure to ambiguity, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and communicate your rationale clearly so teams stay aligned and moving forward.

Desired Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally with software platforms, workflow applications, or digital health products.
  • Experience in healthcare IT, medical device, digital health, clinical workflow, or regulated software environments.
  • Strong ability to define product scope, write clear requirements, prioritize effectively, and guide teams through ambiguity.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Deep knowledge of product management best practices, including discovery, roadmap planning, agile delivery, launch readiness, and outcome measurement.
  • Strong end-user orientation, with experience gathering feedback from both internal and external users and translating insights into product decisions.
  • Experience using analytics, business intelligence, or product data to monitor adoption, workflow performance, and business impact.
  • Strong systems analysis, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrates initiative as a self-starter; results oriented, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence, road mapping tools such as Aha!, and analytics tools such as Tableau, Pendo, Google Analytics, or SQL.
  • BA/BS in science, engineering, business, healthcare, or a technical field. Advanced degree or MBA desired.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building or improving applications that support multiple end-user personas and complex workflow handoffs.
  • Experience with clinician-facing software, care team workflows, reporting tools, patient monitoring platforms, or healthcare operations platforms.
  • Familiarity with EHR integrations, interoperability concepts, customer care systems, user management tools, or revenue cycle management workflows.
  • Experience with requirements management applications such as Jama or DOORS and design control applications such as MasterControl.
  • Technical fluency with software architecture, APIs, data flows, scripting, or object-oriented development concepts.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a remote or distributed work environment.
