At Regeneron, our Global Business Services organization delivers critical services that support our global workforce and business operations. We are seeking a Senior Payroll Service Delivery Analyst, Tax & Mobility (US) to join our Global Capability Center (GCC). In this role, you will support the accurate, timely, and compliant delivery of US payroll services, with a primary focus on payroll tax compliance, employee mobility, multi-jurisdictional taxation, and payroll operations. You will collaborate with Payroll, Global Mobility, HR, Finance, and external service providers to ensure operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a seamless employee experience.

• Support end-to-end payroll operations with a focus on US payroll tax compliance, employee mobility, and multi-state payroll processing.

• Review and process garnishments, child support orders, tax levies, and other payroll deductions in compliance with applicable regulations.

• Ensure accurate tax withholding and reporting for employees working across multiple jurisdictions, including employees on domestic and international assignments.

• Partner with Global Mobility, HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to support mobility programs, shadow payroll, tax equalization, and assignment-related payroll activities.

• Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and compliance reviews to ensure data integrity and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Support payroll reporting, month-end and quarter-end activities, tax reporting requirements, and collaborator data requests.

• Participate in payroll system enhancements, testing activities, process optimization initiatives, and automation projects.

• Maintain payroll documentation, process maps, operational controls, and standard operating procedures to drive consistency and compliance.

• Contribute to continuous improvement and GCC standardization initiatives focused on payroll tax and mobility operations.

• Provide operational support across payroll functions to ensure seamless service delivery and achievement of payroll deadlines.

This role requires

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.

• 5+ years of payroll experience with proven knowledge of US payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.

• Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax laws, including multi-state taxation and employee mobility considerations.

• Experience supporting payroll operations, payroll tax reporting, reconciliations, and compliance activities.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with payroll and HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle, ADP, or similar systems.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams.

• Experience working in Shared Services, Global Business Services, or Global Capability Center environments preferred.

• Professional certifications such as CPP, FPC, or other payroll-related credentials preferred.

• Experience supporting US payroll operations and employee mobility programs preferred.

• Flexibility to support critical US payroll cycles and collaborate across multiple global time zones.

• Proven knowledge of payroll tax regulations, employee mobility programs, and multi-jurisdictional payroll compliance.

• Commitment to operational excellence, process improvement, and service delivery.

• Ability to build solid relationships across Payroll, HR, Mobility, Finance, and external partners.

• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a global, collaborative, and continuously evolving environment.
