We are seeking a Senior Analyst Commercial Finance Oncology & Hematology to join our Commercial Finance team, supporting our US Commercial Finance organization in a hybrid work model. In this role, you will build demand and revenue forecasts, develop patient-based forecasting models, and translate market insights into business decisions while collaborating with Commercial Business Units, Commercial Operations, Market Access, Insights & Analytics, and Accounting teams. Discover your role:

• Partner with US Commercial Finance teams to deliver demand and revenue estimates and analytical support across commercial functions.
• Own commercial demand and revenue forecasting and the supporting analytics for assigned business areas.
• Create and maintain driver-based forecasting models, budgets, rolling forecasts, strategic plans, scenario analyses, and assumptions documentation.
• Translate primary research, secondary data, industry datasets, and market insights into quantified forecasting assumptions and model inputs.
• Run sensitivity and scenario analyses for competitive entry, indication expansion, access and reimbursement changes, and pricing impacts.
• Develop gross-to-net revenue estimates using channel and payer mix trends in partnership with Accounting and Market Access teams.
• Lead forecast variance analyses and provide commentary against budget, forecast, and prior-year performance.
• You bring a data-driven attitude and can confidently defend assumptions while collaborating effectively across time zones.

This role requires:

• Bachelor’s degree in pharma, life sciences, business, or a quantitative field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial and strategic forecasting, preferably within pharma, biotech, or healthcare.
• 5+ years of progressive pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably within a Global Capability Center (GCC) or consulting environment.
• Demonstrated experience building forecasting models from scratch, including patient-based and demand-based forecasting approaches such as time series and machine learning models.
• In-depth knowledge of industry secondary datasets, including IQVIA or Symphony; experience with IQVIA assets such as NSP, DDD, NPA, Xponent, and Oncology Dynamics.
• Experience with gross-to-net revenue mechanics and revenue translation methodologies.
• Advanced Excel and data wrangling skills, including Power Query, Alteryx, and SQL.
• Prior experience supporting cross-time-zone partners in a GCC or shared services environment is strongly preferred.
• MBA or CFA qualification is a plus.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage partners across multiple time zones.
