Spring & Summer Vacation Scheme 2027

Our Vacation Schemes offer invaluable insight into life at Norton Rose Fulbright, allowing you to explore the work we do and gain first hand experience of life as a commercial lawyer. During our two week Vacation Schemes, you be assessed for an offer of a Training Contract.

Hosted by the Norton Rose Fulbright Early Careers Recruitment team, who interview a wide range of guests about a variety of different topics, Jump Start offers a realistic insight of the culture of the firm.

Applications for our 2027 Spring & Summer Vacation Schemes open on 7 September 2026 and close on 4 December 2026. In-person and virtual assessment days will take place in late January and early February 2027. Please note: spots on our virtual assessment centres are limited and will be reserved exclusively for candidates who are unable to attend in-person assessment centres.

We are hosting 1 Spring Vacation Scheme and 2 Summer Vacation Schemes.

The Spring Vacation Scheme will run from 5 April - 16 April 2027.

Summer Vacation Scheme 1 will run from 7 June - 18 June 2027 and Summer Vacation Scheme 2 will run from 28 June - 9 July 2027.

All schemes will be held in our London office.

We will be recruiting for March and September 2029 start dates and welcome applications from penultimate year students, finalists and graduates of law and non-law subjects.

All those invited to participate in the scheme will be paid £500 per week.
