About the Role
Responsible for developing and implementing processes and controls to ensure compliance with rules and regulations that prevent financial crime工作职责
1、反洗钱治理框架
- 通过定期召集会议、准备议程、协调整合汇报材料支持分公司反洗钱委员会的工作，以确保反洗钱委员会的职责适当履行。牵头、组织分公司反洗钱委员会会议，并妥善保存记录、统筹推进会议跟进事项。
- 协调、监督分公司及其下辖分支机构（如有）有效落实和实施友邦人寿洗钱恐怖融资风险管理政策、反洗钱管理办法、操作规程等。
- 有效解读本地监管要求/需求，及时向上级机构合规部反馈汇报，牵头、指导、确保本机构及下辖机构（如有）满足监管要求。
- 遵照当地监管要求、通知、文件等管理部署完成相应工作，按当地监管要求及时向监管上报反洗钱工作报告、完成反洗钱内控制度报备等。
- 指导、监督分公司和下辖分支机构（如有）根据友邦人寿反洗钱政策和系列管理办法制定、完善分公司反洗钱控制流程、操作流程等，并提供培训。
- 监督管理下辖机构（如有）的反洗钱领导小组会议的定期举办、运作和成效
2、反洗钱日常工作
- 指导业务、职能部门有效落实反洗钱义务和控制流程，包括不限于客户尽职调查、客户信息及交易记录保存/档案管理、客户风险等级划分/评估及持续评估、高风险客户的强化尽职调查、客户风险等级划分的定期审核、名单筛查和预警处理、大额及可疑交易的识别上报、系统监测预警的排查和复核、可疑交易预警复审调查分析和报告等。
- 执行对分公司和中心支公司/支公司等下辖分支机构（如有）层面的反洗钱合规检查，识别、评估和监控洗钱/恐怖融资的风险和问题，提出相关反洗钱控制的整改或改进建议，及时向分公司合规部负责人报告检查结果，监督整改措施有效、及时完成。
- 有效完成当地监管的要求，包括不限于反洗钱调查、调研、开展洗钱风险自评估等，及时提交、报备当地监管要求的的反洗钱制度、信息、材料、洗钱风险自评估报告等。
- 组织开展分公司和下辖机构（如有）反洗钱培训和宣传活动，以不断提高员工履职意识、经验和工作技能。
- 根据当地监管要求、总公司及上级机构合规部的指示，为CRS和FATCA合规报告和年度认证等工作提供支持。
- 其他监管定义的反洗钱相关的职责。
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历。
- 对保险业务或金融服务业有深入了解。
- 5年以上工作经验，其中至少3年金融行业工作经验且至少2年反洗钱工作经验。有全职金融犯罪合规（如反洗钱和制裁）工作经验者优先。
- 较强的团队合作、跨部门沟通和协调能力。
- 在快节奏高压力的环境中适应良好。
- 较强的中英文沟通能力（口头和书面）。
- 国际公认反洗钱师资格认证（CAMS）优先。
